Our Frequently Asked Questions
|
How long can I stay in a property?
Long Term Properties are available for an ititial contract of between 4 and 12 months. Whilst enjoying the discounted rental rates of a long stay, you will still be contracted under an Arrienda de Temporada (Short term rental contract). You will have no rights to automatic extension of the contract but in most cases an extension will be granted if required.
How do I reserve a property?
You will need to request and then complete a Rental Contract. On booking, a non refudable deposit of one months rent is payable in order to reserve the property for you.
Is there a Security Deposit?
On arrival at the property, a Security Deposit is payable. The amount of this will be stated on your Rental Contract. The Security Deposit is refundable at the end of the contract provided there are no outstanding utility bills, there is no damage to the property and the full term of the contract has been completed.
How do I pay my monthly rent?
Monthly rental payments can be made by Standing Order into either our UK or Spanish Bank Account.
Who pays for the utilities?
You are responsible for water, electricity and if applicable, gas payments. The procedure for making payments will be stated at the time of booking.
Can my parents come to stay?
Having friends and family come to visit and stay with you is no problem but any extra permanent guests must be agreed in advance with ourselves.
Can I bring my pet dog with me?
No pets can be brought into the property without prior consent from ourselves.
