Ninety per cent of our Holiday Rental Properties are available for long lets during the Winter months.

All are well equipped with heaters and in some cases, central heating.

Torrevieja is a year round resort with little closing over the Winter.

Our Properties have been chosen carefully with you, our clients, in mind.

All have access to swimming pools, have UK tv systems and are located in areas where you'll soon make new friends.

As a general rule of thumb, 2 bedroom properties will cost less than £100 per week.

3 bed properties will cost less than £130 per week.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Discounted rental rates will apply to bookings of four weeks and more.

All Utility Costs are included in the rental rates.

Payment for the whole booking period must be made no later than six weeks prior to arrival.

For all bookings, please add one cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros (1/2 bed) or 60 euros (3 bed).
